Ordering
Ordering is really easy. You don't need to create an account, just find the item that you want and add them to your basket using the 'Add to Basket' button on the page. Go to the Checkout when you have chosen your selection and follow the pages to give us 1. you Address Details and 2.Your Card Details.

Delivery - UK
All goods are sent out in discreet unmarked grey envelopes or boxes and are marked Private and Confidential.
Orders for in stock goods received before 3.00pm on a working day are sent out first class that day for delivery the usually next day. Look on the item detail page to see if a particular item is in stock and if not when it is due back in stock.
Standard postage and packaging is calculated at 70p + 7% of the order value on orders under £40. We do not charge postage for orders in excess of £40 in value.
Special Delivery
All orders over £80 in value are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and are guaranteed to be with you before 1pm the next working day after they are posted. A signature will be required on arrival.
Orders under £80 can be sent Special Delivery for an extra £3.95 charge.
A gift wrapping service is available at a cost of 10% of the order value.
Delivery - Worldwide
Please note all prices on this site are given in £'Sterling - Currency Converter.
Within Europe (including Eire) and additional £3.95 will be added.
Outside Europe a charge of £5.95 is added. We reserve the right not to accept orders from certain countries at any time. In this event we will let you know via email straight away.
Privacy
We do not give out any information about our customers to third parties. Neither do we retain any credit/debit card details in our database after payment has been received. We only retain your name and email address in our secure database to maintain our records. This is collected in accordace with English law. On ordering, your email address is added to our mailing list and you will periodically be sent information by us regarding promotions, new stock etc. If you wish to be removed from the mailing list then please use the unsubscribe facility on the main store page.

You may return an item at any time within the first 30 days of purchase
